The streets are overrun by a ruthless gang. The cops are outnumbered, outgunned — but not outmatched. Martial Law (1990) fuses hard-edged police drama with bone-crunching martial arts, turning every alley into an arena and every takedown into a showdown.
The Plot
Sean Thompson (Chad McQueen) is a tough Los Angeles cop with a background in martial arts. When a wave of violent crimes tied to a powerful syndicate shakes the city, Sean and his partner Billie (Cynthia Rothrock) are thrown into the fight.
But things get personal fast — Sean’s younger brother has fallen in with the very criminals he’s sworn to bring down. Now, it’s not just about justice. It’s about loyalty, betrayal, and whether family bonds can survive when fists and bullets start flying.
